Atelier Monterrey Mexico City 2003/2010
In 2003, the depths of Spanish culture had already wrapped me in its embrace in four different cities for eight years. However, my inner artist longed for something new, something fresh. So I decided to set my sights on new horizons and moved to Mexico, where I hoped to find new ideas for my art. This decision opened a new chapter in my life, full of new experiences and inspirations. I will also tell you later which values in life are the most important."
"My life as an artist has been an adventure that has taken me through many stages and encounters. It has included numerous exciting and sometimes scary events, as well as funny and laugh-out-loud things, about which I may be able to tell more, because this story is only an overview. - I have encountered face-to-face with corrupt Mexican police and military, but I have also survived challenging situations. For example, I was once targeted by three armed robbers, but I managed to avoid the worst with the help of psychological warfare. .
However, my life has not been all scary things. I have also had the opportunity to get to know many people and artists who have enriched my life and my artistic vision. Every encounter, every experience has shaped me as an artist and a person.

" Monterrey , that familiar city, was no longer enough for me. So I set off on an adventure that took me all the way to Merida on the Yucatan Peninsula. Along my journey I could fit dozens of cities, such as Tampico , Veracruz , Mexico , Puebla , Guanajuato and Aguascalientes . In 2009 I moved to San Luis Potosí , where I lived. However, my artistic nature soon moved me to live in Río Verde . In 2010, I said goodbye to Mexico and returned directly to Torrox Costa , Malaga. Each city offered a new chapter to the story of my life and to my art.
Every kilometer, every town and village, every place of residence offered me a new perspective, a new inspiration. My car, which was my faithful companion on this trip, took me through the varied terrain of Mexico, from dry deserts to lush rainforests.
I saw places I never imagined I would see and met people who opened my eyes to new cultures and ways of life. Each city and village I got to know offered me a new piece of the puzzle that helped shape my artistic vision.
In 2010, after living in four different cities and exploring more than 50 cities and towns, I felt that my trip to Mexico had come to an end. I had experienced and learned so much, and I knew that these experiences would shape my artistic expression for the rest of my life.
So, during the years 2003-2010 and after 14000 kilometers, I said goodbye to Mexico and headed towards new adventures, new sources of inspiration, new artistic possibilities. But Mexico, its cities and villages, and the dozens of Mexican friends I met along the way, will always remain in my heart and in my art."
